Past and Present of OSOA

OSOA was founded in November of 1998 by Charlotte Perry. Our original
services focused on word processing, billing, telephone service, and
appointment scheduling. Customer satisfaction with the overall quality,
efficiency and pricing of the service was the impetus for our business
expansion as we grew through word of mouth referrals.

Our business services expanded to accommodate the increasing demands
of our clients to include desktop publishing, data entry and event
management and coordination.

Our company currently provides support to entrepreneurs, small
businesses and not-for profit organizations in the legal, marketing, health
care, educational and private investigation industries.
